Troop meeting Monday, 6:30PM, Minnehaha United Methodist
Church. The Patrol Leaders Council planned to work on knots
for advancement requirements for the meeting. Scouts who are
working towards First Class (Half-Burnt Hot Dogs, this means you!)
should bring your Scout handbooks to the meeting. If you don't
have your book with you, we can't sign off on requirements!
A reminder that BWCA Crew A will be on the water this week,
so Mr. Needleman and I will not be at the troop meeting. If you
are on the BWCA crew, we'll see you at 9AM Monday to review gear,
pack vehicles, and hit the road. Remember to be in full Class A -
Scouts travel in uniform.
In going through troop gear in prep for BWCA we noticed that we are low on tents - if you happen to have a troop tent at home after using it for camp, please remember to bring it back to the Scout shed after it has aired out. The tents are there for scouts to use, but you should remember to return it afterwards - and please let the Quartermaster know if any tent you use is in disrepair or is missing any parts!
