Hi Troop 1!
Tonight we will hold a Troop planning meeting. This is an all-hands meeting where we hope all Scouts will be able to participate.
We will be doing some big-picture planning for the upcoming year - agenda will include:
- Feedback on the past year: What were our high points (buds and roses)? Where can we improve?
- Goals for the coming year: What would we like to accomplish as a troop? Are there merit badges we'd like to work on, skills we'd like to pick up, or experiences/destinations we'd like to try?
- Monthly activity plan: What camps and activities do we want to do
to help us meet our goals? Camporees, Ski Camp, Board Game Camp - if we
want to do these things, where and when do we want to plan them?
This is not a Patrol Leader's Council - we are not planning the fine details, we are preparing an outline of our coming year.
Your Scoutmasters will be there to help facilitate the discussion. We hope to see you there!
